How to use your travel credits and Lifetime Deposit

Step 1

Find a tour and click on the Book Now button. This will take you to the tour checkout page.

Step 2

In the Who’s travelling section, click on the link to Log in to your account. You can also Log in to your account on any page before the payment step.

Step 3

When you reach the Payment step, you’ll see your available Travel Credits, Lifetime Deposit, or Gift Card balances available. You must be logged in to view and apply your balance.

Step 4

Simply click “Apply” to use any balances toward your payment. The credit will show up in the Tour summary along with any remaining credit balance.

If you already have an account, click on “Login” in the top right corner. If you don’t have one, click “Register” and complete the steps.

Step 2

Once you’ve logged in, click on “Account” in the top right corner and select “Profile” from the dropdown menu.

Step 3

Under Settings, click on the Payment Info tab to see all credits available on this account.

All available travel credits, Lifetime Deposits or gift card balances for this account are listed here for you to see.

If you aren’t already logged in, click on “Login” in the top right corner.

Navigate to your upcoming tour that still needs payment, and click “Manage tour”.

Step 3

Under Tours and activities, click “Make a payment”.

Step 4

When you reach the Payment step, you’ll see your available travel credits, Lifetime Deposit, or Gift Card balances. You must be logged in to view and apply these funds to your balance.

Step 5

Simply click “Apply” to use any balances toward your payment. The credit will show up in the Tour summary along with any remaining credit balance.

Travel Credit and Account FAQs

Yes. When you make a new booking, you can log in to your account. You will see the balance of any travel credits on file and can apply the credit against the outstanding balance during payment.

If your travel credit is larger than the amount of your new booking, the remaining balance is converted into a new travel credit.

If you made your booking directly with G Adventures, please contact us via phone or chat so we can help.

Currently, we only support the use of travel credits by the primary traveller. If all of your travel partners have travel credits and would like to use them, they can book individually or call us.

No. If you booked your tour with a travel agency, please contact them so they can apply your travel credit or Lifetime Deposit to a future booking.
